Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is skill based and designed to help smaller people control bigger opponents using leverage and technique.
You do not need strength, fitness or athletic ability to begin.

You will receive access to beginner friendly classes where you will learn:
• Fundamental Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques
• Real world self defence skills
• Basic positions and movements
• How classes work and how to train safely
• Confidence on the mats
The goal is to help you feel comfortable, capable and confident within your first 21 days.

Safety is a huge priority at The Jiu-Jitsu Hub.
All beginners are guided carefully by our coaches and partnered appropriately. You are always encouraged to train at your own pace and communicate with your training partners.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive training environment.

Comfortable workout clothes are perfectly fine for your first session.
If you decide to continue training after your trial period, our team can help you with uniform sizing and everything you need moving forward. We carry a range of training gear and uniforms at the gym.

We recommend aiming for 2 to 3 classes per week to get the best results from the program.
Consistency is what helps confidence and progress build quickly.
